Description search for Company Browser

Instead of searching by tags, we can search in offer descriptions.

It would be good to implement the fuzzy search mechanism.

Using tags is problematic because there would have to be an option to manage them. Tags would also have to be grouped by specializations, which requires a more complicated database structure.
