  • Fixed bug in Windows installers where pluggable transports were not deployed to the right directory on some systems
  • Upgrade tor daemon and tor submodule to 0.4.7.10
  • Upgrade libevent to 2.1.12
  • Upgrade fmt submodule to 9.1.0; update build-breaks due to ABI changes
