The arti daemon will have a protocol (analogous to the existing control-port protocol in the legacy tor daemon). We will need to implement some wrapper around this for use with the ArtiDaemon TorProvider

Work began in 7e472c9

Waiting for required upstream RPC commands for:

  • bootstrapping
  • restricted discovery keys (setting. removing)
  • hosting onion services
