🎊 Pine is now in beta! 🎊

This means that the app is now using real bitcoins rather than testnet coins.

Alpha users will be forced to sign out and create a new pine.pm account.

Private Alpha 4

Testnet only - it should NOT be used with real bitcoins.

Features:

• Create and recover Pine accounts (only @pine.dev addresses until the beta)
• Edit your Pine profile (display name and profile picture)
• Add and remove contacts
• Send and receive end-to-end encrypted bitcoin transactions

Private Alpha 3

Testnet only - it should NOT be used with real bitcoins.

Features:

• View transaction details
• Better localization (numbers, dates, currencies)
• Adds option to copy bitcoin addresses
• Displays address under QR code

Improvements:

• Forces manual backup if not signed in to iCloud
• Adds secondary currency to estimated fee in Settings
• Allow user to enter passcode after two failed biometric attempts

Bug fixes:

• Displays mBTC amounts with maximum 5 decimals instead of 11
• Removes BTC from secondary currency list
• Makes the section title widths dynamic
• No longer says "Pay with Face ID" if Face ID is not enabled for the app

Performance improvements:

• Background syncing no longer freezes UI

Private Alpha 2

Testnet only - it should NOT be used with real bitcoins.

New features:

• Sign transactions with Face ID, Touch ID, or Passcode
• Receive push notifications about incoming transactions
• See bitcoin values in your local fiat currency (choose from 168 currencies)

Improvements:

• It's now possible to spend pending change
