Using goose to build goose

It's probably the most obvious thing in the world, but using goose to build goose works quite well.

This was one I did yesterday: #23 - adding some simple vector db support for large codebases.

the vscode extension for goose was heavily built by goose, the most useful thing I found was telling it to look at the running extension, and then I could ask what extension point to use to "put things where that lightbulb goes". Seems quite good at things that have regular known structures and boilerplate, such as IDE extensions.
