NEED help my small biz is in danger I need help with not just changing the regular metadata but the hidden metadata willing to $$

I want to first start off by pre apologizing if this is not the correct place for this my business is in danger and I need help asap willing to compensate for time I need to know for pdf. files ONLY how to customize the metadata that is hidden not just the general metadata such as author and create date and edit date I know about that im speaking of the hidden data I have a small restaurant consulting site and the pdf. file we send out either my self or 1 of my employees has my personal home computer on it or my employees I want it to show my business name copyright and trade mark info that it belongs to my business and also some other changes the main thing is that that I can make these pdf.s come back as my business mad them without any edits thank you so much in advanced I will be first as you can tell im not a coder at all I use windows 11 if there is a software to change THE HIDENMETADATA n NOT JUST THE BASIC METADATA please let me know if it has to do with coding im willing to pay someone to help us out thanks again
