Option to change URLs to clickable hyperlinks

I often store URLs in txt files, it would be helpful if these could be highlighted as a URL so it's noticeable and be clickable to save time.

If you want features like this, use my Notes app. This is a simple text editor.

I don't edit Markdown files, I use this app to edit a buffer.txt file which is read by Heynote on desktop.

Markdown files are text files, the Notes app uses a markdown extension that turns recognised URLs into links. The text editor view used in this app can display links that have been converted from HTML, but not in plain text.

The Notes app has a few issues that make it currently less suited for me.

• Even with dark theme the background is white when in viewing mode
• No options for "open last", "auto save"
• Viewer mode ignores single line breaks and renders all text as if it were on the same line
