Manage AR Analyses should support AR Profiles

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new AR
• Change to the "Manage Analyses" Tab

Current behavior

• Single Analyses can be selected/deselected, even if they come from a Profile.
• Dismissing the dependency popup and saving the new set of Analyses leads to an invalid Profile state
• Profiles can't be added or removed

Expected behavior

• Profiles can be selected/deselected like in the AR Add view 2.
• Dependencies are calculated correctly on add/remove Profiles

The whole "Manage Analyses" could be superseded by the new AR Add Form with some minor changes that it updates the AR instead of creating a new one.
