When inputting a result in an analysis request, the lab scientist may make a remark on the analysis, and also could the lab manager. The remarks show below the remarks section and also it is being displayed in the result which it ought not to.

Expected behavior

The remarks ought to only show on the result computation page and not in the result because there may be a conversation between the lab scientist and the lab manager through it.
