I just looked at the code and in bigdataprocessor whatever you do with the [ T ] will be ignored, you'd have to do it via Process>Transform. Actually I am thinking now I could probably change the code such that it does respect the modifications that you did using the [ T ] key. But as said bdv-playground may be more suited for this...
