What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing a video clip in window mode.
2. Hit F9 to open the playlist.
3. Switch to fullscreen mode (Ctrl-f or double click on the video or use the
view menu entry - either method is fine, just don't use the maximize function
of the window manager, that will NOT switch to fullscreen mode but just
maximize the player window.)
4. Now go back to window mode (by hitting ESC or double clicking.)

Expected output:
Player returns to window mode with the window the same size as before.

What do I see instead:
Player window has widened, video shows at the same size as before but now there
are vertical black bars next to it in the player window.

You can repeat this several times and the window will grow ever wider, even
beyond desktop size.

It only happens though when the playlist is extended. Without the playlist, you
can toggle all you want - the window always size stays the same.

5. In windowed mode, now hit Strg-1 to re-set window size.

Expected output:
Black bars vanish as window is reset to the actual size of the video.

What do I see instead:
Only the left black bar vanishes

Product version - 1.0.8
