indexChanged doesn't triggered sometimes #268

  • What is the current behavior?
    Sometimes indexChanged event doesn't triggered when dragging or scrolling.

You can reproduce this on your demo page. Just try to drag the carousel to the right and then back to the left (repeat several times).

  • What is the expected behavior?
    I expect to get the correct index when I subscribe to indexChanged.

  • Please tell us about your environment:
    Browser: Chrome

Hi @bfwg , I'm not sure since I'm novice in Angular. This issue is quite significant for me. So if you don't have a chance to fix this, please let me know and I'll try to make a PR.
