The "Create multiple predictions about the same event" page could allow you to make a group of predictions of the form "foo will happen within n days" where n = some set of numbers.

Also it would be nice to be able to make the group predictions even more flexible, e.g. predictions of two variables (X will happen within n days, where X is one of related outcomes or one of different degrees to which an event could take place).
