Option to populate the fields in the branding tab via child theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are currently having to manually add our info into the branding tab for all the sites we are managing, which is both time consuming, and hard to keep updated/consistent between all our sites.

Describe the solution you'd like
Using our child theme to automatically add/update these fields, so that we can keep all our branding in one place and ensure consistency. Example would be something like this:

Describe alternatives you've considered
Exporting settings using the Import / Export, and then importing this file to all our sites, is another solution, and we are considering using this (as it's currently available), but this also doesn't save us much time. AND, this also require us to have one file per language, where are keeping it in our child theme we can easily translate it.
