choH’a’ (Klingon (ish) creation)

The Discovery campaign book has choH’a’ rules described on page 97. Is it worth doing a whole path/species for them, or is just the "allow cross-species talents" enough? It works mechanically already, and since choH’a’ is such a special case, it may be something that players/GM just have to know about and modify sheets per the book's instructions.
