Update basic view designs with similar components of BCP pages

Description:

This ticket is to make a couple small updates to align the basic RST page view with some BCP components (both built in React).

Continue to keep the designs very simple but show some alignment with BCP layout.

For refinement: anything else we want to add to updates?

Acceptance Criteria:

• complete design checklist
• updated designs are added to UI: View basic data of a trail #28 and UI: View basic data for a Rec site #24

Design Checklist:

• Image section to look more like BCP pages
• Activity icons are added to activity list
• Specify Rec Site or Trail (but keep page basically the same for now)
