Bringing staff in for co-designs will help us get a starting point for internal & public facing designs, while giving some visibility into our work.

Brainstorm goals for co-design sessions
Get feedback from dev team on direction & iterate as needed
Set up rough structure for each session
Ideate who should ideally attend
Schedule each session
