The placeholder for the Chirpy theme is © 2023 your_full_name. Some rights reserved.

We changed it to "© 2023 Government of British Columbia" to match MET/the BC Gov alpha site.

Need to confirm if we are ok removing the "Some rights reserved." portion of the copyright
