Button - large size

CMS team have expressed a desire for a larger button size, for use as a primary CTA. The example use case is an interface that includes multiple buttons (eg. a page publishing workflow), where the 'Publish' action should be emphatically more prominent than other buttons.

@Philip-Cheung: when you have a spare cycle or two, can you please investigate the potential use case with Ali a little more, and whether you think this is something we can/should accommodate?
