Update lawyer proof request templates to request new lawyer credential

LSBC has created a brand new credential (called Lawyer credential) under a new schema (legal professional). Users should be able to use either credential to respond to a proof request. For the short-term users should be able to respond to proof request using both credentials.

Acceptance Criteria

Update all proof request templates to accept both the old Member Credential and the new Lawyer Credential. This includes dev, test and prod templates:

• lawyer status and photo
• practicing lawyer
• practicing lawyer and full name

Wireframes or relevant image assets / links

• LSBC - Lawyer - Credential documentation
