Suggestion: Multiple protos by default

First of all, some great improvement to this package!

Just an idea, if proto file/s are not passed as argument, could all protos from the folder be referenced?

This avoids having to pass multiple proto files or use a wild card.

Hi. Thanks for the idea. I'm currently collecting ideas for version 3. I'll think about how to organize it and if it works out, I'll do it. But I won't promise a feature anytime soon.
