📢 Introduction

This issue is for sharing and discovering new models, datasets, and tool images to lower the barriers to using your work and to broaden its impact. 🚀 By sharing, users can interact with your tools more intuitively through natural language.

🔄 How to Share

We need the following elements for sharing:

  • Data: Package and share your dataset located in BioMANIA/src/data/standard_proess/your_tool_name.
  • Models: Package your models located in BioMANIA/src/hugging_models/retriever_model_finetuned/your_tool_name.
  • Images: Provide a logo of your tool.
  • Installation File: A Conda .yml file for environment setup.
Please provide a brief description of each, including purpose, training process, and intended use. Share the direct URL to your files and images. 📦

⚙️ How to Install

  1. Place the data and models in the respective directories.
  2. Put tool images in BioMANIA/chatbot_ui_biomania/public/apps.
  3. Add the library and image paths to BioMANIA/chatbot_ui_biomania/components/Chat/LibCardSelect.tsx.
