CredentialsError: Missing credentials in config, if using AWS_CONFIG_FILE, set AWS_SDK_LOAD_CONFIG=1

Keeps throwing the error (CredentialsError: Missing credentials in config, if using AWS_CONFIG_FILE, set AWS_SDK_LOAD_CONFIG=1) when trying to upload to Amazon with aws-sdk and multer-s3, even though the code is the same as the one here.
My machine operates on windows OS.
Is there a workaround?

You need to credential in .env file
