Licensing upgrade

Hi @BenParizek I've recently upgraded a site from Craft 3 to 4 and switched from Reports to Data Studio. The documentation says that the license from Reports (which is still active) can/will be transferred to Data Studio but I cannot figure out how that's done. The support doc seems to imply that it will be automatic but it doesn't seem to be and I can't figure out a way to do it manually.

Existing Sprout Reports license holders have received a new Sprout Data Studio Pro license in the same Craft Console account for the old Sprout Reports license key.

Could you tell me what steps to take to do so?

@pixelmachine Since a new license had to be generated, the license key for the plugin will change during the upgrade. And you'll have to manually add that new license key to Craft.

We generated a new license for the email address associated with each license. You can login to the Craft Console account of the email address the license was purchased under here: https://console.craftcms.com/ and you should see a Data Studio license.

If you don't see that license, or have some other scenario that applies, drop me a note at [email protected] and let me know what email address for the Craft Console account the license should be associated with I'll get you sorted out.
