Thanks @joshuabaker. I'll take a look at how Commerce is using this when I have a chance and see what we can do. Is the main use case you're after here the ability to use an emoji in the Subject Line? |

Thanks, @BenParizek. The subject or the body of the email, yeah. Using emoji causes database issues right now and emoji is known to be impactful for engagement. We don’t have anything in production yet but clients will undoubtedly want this functionality. I’m not sure how Commerce goes about it. It should just be a matter of parsing text on the way in and out of the database. |

Nice and simple.
LitEmoji is used for Commerce and could be a good option for this plugin too.
