Tensionbox now launches from process 6.

Logging, Standalone External GUIS, and Panel Leak Upgrades

1. Save logfile of each PANGUI session.
2. Small improvements to make possible/stable standalone running of heater and straw tensioner.
3. Plot component pressures for the QC leak rate.

Extend Panel Heat Recording Time to 15 Hours

Increased to 15 hours from 10.

The heating program itself hasn't changed, only how long we collect temperature data. This is just to make sure we observe the temperature drop correctly after the heating is turned off for the final hours.

Process 2 and 3 Bugfixes

Fixed bugs in process 2 that (a) disabled the launch straw tensioner gui button and (b) disabled the epoxy batch fields.

Fixed bug in process 3 that disabled the wire spool field. Also, removed restrictions on when you could launch wire tensioner and tensionbox guis.

Multiple Processes Error Message, Fix Automerge Print Statement

When a panel process is started on computer A and resumed on computer B without an intermediate mergedown, then a second procedure ID will be created in the DB for all time. Depending on when one merges down on computer B after resuming the process, now, they'll likely get an error message, informing them what happened and what information to give the software team so they can fix it.

The automerge statement was in the wrong location, and it was not correctly printing out when automerging had indeed completed. That's fixed now.

LPAL Moved to Pro1, Straw GUI Fixes, DBViewer Updates

Wanted to wait until we had more lab testing of the LPAL move before I tagged, but didn't want too many commits without a tag. So far no problems with the LPAL move.

Heater Arduino Tweaks

PAAS B set point for process 2 is 29C.

Kate's 1009 heater version.

Changes to heater GUI and to the ino code.

Ability to change the temp setpoint. Automatic 5 hour timer added.

Not yet tested with process 1 or 6, but I've got a good feeling about it.

Straw Clean Up and Verification GUI Fixes

Removed old masterUpload code that tried to upload data directly to some old network. The presence of masterUpload was interfering with saving data because the old network wasn't accessible.

Command line verification program just needed some directory updates to point to the Data/ dir.

QC Leak Fit Script Improvements

Plot room and box temperature.

Add option to change fit endpoint.

Save pdfs to Data folder, in their own dir Data/Panel data/FinalQC/Leak/Plots/MNXXX.
