Python: Stable invariant rate checks

Some feedback:
Had to make some minor changes to this python code to make it work. I guess there were no conditions to check the invariant_ratio < max invariant ratio and > min invariant ratio
Added these conditions for add and remove liquidity

Worth double checking the Python for any final changes.
