Image Save Issue

Generated images are not saved locally. The connector works fine; however, when I change the application_name to fal-ai/comfy-server, I receive an error message containing the image URL and can view and download the image from the fal-server. But when I revert to the original application name, I only see empty boxes instead of the images:
