Following this issue backdrop-ops/docs.backdropcms.org#235

and with docs updated here: https://docs.backdropcms.org/creating-modules#info-files

It is now to be decided exactly what should be done with the maintainer information on b.org but ideas include:

Sidebar information about maintainers of project
Allow access for maintainers to alter the status of release nodes for project (e.g. make 1.x-2.0.0 the recommended release)
Provide a definitive list of projects maintained on user profiles

Needs feedback.
