We’ll start by implementing the Protobuf changes in simple-staking. Once the delegation flow is working, we’ll consider moving it to a standalone SDK(e.g btc-staking-ts), if it proves useful after the MVP is complete.
We will need to assess where is the best place for putting the SDK method such as buildEoiTx so that simple-staking and other partners can consume for talking to BBN node
