Video not playing

I updated torro forms version 1.0.3 and my wordpress version 4.9.x to torro forms version 1.0.10 wordpress version 5.4.1. In my forms I have a video after de update I can't play the video anymore. The video is between question 7 and 8. I tried chrome firefox and edge. When I put the video on a single page and publish it then I can play the video. I think there must be something in the forms or in wordpress whats blocks the videos when I play the video in the forms.
