HyperPod helm chart contains non-related resources including deployment, service, hpa, etc. The related resources in https://github.com/aws/sagemaker-hyperpod-cli/tree/main/helm_chart/HyperPodHelmChart/templates folder is not related to HyperPod feature, and can be removed safely.
Removal of these resources can enable users to use helm install or helm upgrade directly, instead of using helm install dependencies.
