To be able to deploy resources from Studio when project consists of custom resources #1032

Describe the feature you'd like to request

If the project contains custom resources, we are not able to deploy the changes from Studio with following error:
A flag to disable custom resources has been detected, please deploy from a different environment. at buildResource

Additionally, the document also do not cover the error message regarding custom resources.

Describe your use case and how the feature would improve your experience.

To be able to deploy using Studio even when the project consists of custom resources.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As an alternative, we can use amplify CLI to to build and push resources
