Account information verification on every sign in

Description

Every time a user logs in, including after creating an account, this screen shows up, where it asks to validate the email or phone number, i have not seen any way to disable this screen or just show it on specific cases like each 10 logins, this is being a little confusing for users, not sure if this is a bug or a problem on my implementation.

Hello @angelorodem, thank you for taking the time to open up this issue. To help us better understand the configuration of your project could you please answer the following:

1. What login methods do you have enabled? (username, email, sms, social logins, etc.)
2. What are your settings for user account recovery. This can be found here in your AWS console under Cognito -> User pools -> "Your User Pool Name" -> Sign-in -> Edit user account recovery

Additionally if you want a customization that is not available via Cognito or Amplify please see this documentation for how to override the UI. AuthenticatorStep.verifyUser and AuthenticatorStep.confirmVerifyUser are the steps most relevant to your issue, but additional steps and their descriptions can be found here.
