Not entirely sure if I did the platform thing right.

"Required" in this case means either Go, if you build yourself or Docker for running the container.
You can also use pre-compiled self-contained binaries, in that case there shouldn't really be dependencies.

I think the license identifier was wrong, might work now? (Forgot the Clause behind BSD-3)
