Validation rule not working in DEA

Describe the bug
The validation rule not working in the DEA

env : prod
org : vedant@bootcamp

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Login to Webapp
2.Click on the app designer
3.Click on the subject type
4.Click on the rule
5.Click on the validation rule add the rule

Expected behavior : Rule should work in both DEA and Cilent app
Actual behavior : Rule works only in client app

This feature doesn't exist so this is not a bug! It will take few days to build it!
