[DEA] groupSubject not accessible from rules when uploaded via CSV

Issue:

env: prod, username: taqi@singuat, in form with name: 'Daily attendance form' encounter, form element name: 'Please select children present in Phulwari'

groupSubject is null.

Tech analysis:

So in server before sending to rules-server looks like we are not adding groupSubject information to the individual. Or mapping in rules-server is incorrect.
