Server url for avni media can be simplified for production environment

Current the urls called from media web app are like - https://int-prod.avniproject.org/etl/media/search?page=1&size=10, but this could be changed to https://app.avniproject.org/etl/media/search?page=1&size=10.

We should rather move all Avni apps into a single network area, as part of Avni Dockerization and Kubernetes cluster setup.
Then referring to internal ETL service directly would be an easy affair.
