Issue:

you can see there are two dates right below 'PNC Followup-1'. One is clear that its the scheduled date, the other is the Encounter date. But there is no text here. So user didnt know. We had to get into a call to explain this. - by Implementation team.

AC:

  • For encounters, when audit details not present, show as 'Visit date: 24 Jul 2024'
  • For encounters with audit details present, show as: 'Visit date: 24 Jul 2024 by Manish'. Currently it shows as 'By userName on 24 -Jul 2024' which is not consistent with how we show the audit details for enrolment or registration.
  • And change Scheduled to 'Scheduled for:'
  • Add platform translations for the above referring this sheet.
