when we apply the Filter with program it is removing Register Overview

When attempting to apply a filter in the program, the filter get applied. Additionally, the action of applying the filter causes the register overview to be removed.

env : prod
Org : dineshqrt@apfodishauat

Steps to reproduce :

1.Login to the org
2.click on the filter
3.Click on the program (any program).

Expected Result : apply the filter in all the cards
Actual Result : Applied the filter and it is removing the card Register Overview
