Since we'll move from Autoware.Auto to Core/Universe soon, we should update the documents for that.
This is the high-level list of items that I think we should discuss for Core/Universe.
Firstly, we have to make a common understanding of the Core/Universe strategy.
After that, we'll revisit some items to match the strategy.
Then, we'll update the documents (mainly user manuals) for autoware.universe.
Also, toward the incoming Bus ODD development, we have to write some design documents and prepare a development environment.
Note: Although I wrote this like a waterfall process, we can work on each task in parallel.
