Query Regarding Perpective Camera Calibration Matrices

Thank you for releasing this dataset, the effort that has gone in is truly commendable. I am working with the unrectified images found in the following folder:
data_2d_raw/2013_05_28_drive_{seq:0>4}sync/image{00|01}/data_rgb/{frame:0>10}.png:

I notice that in the calibration data mentioned in Perspective.txt, the two calibration matrices are mentioned as such:

K_00: 788.629315 0.000000 687.158398 0.000000 786.382230 317.752196 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
K_01: 785.134093 0.000000 686.437073 0.000000 782.346289 321.352788 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000

Shouldn't the value at position (3,3) in both matrices be 1.0?
