I think Jako should add
Support for all platforms from AWS (Eg: AMD vs ARM processors, Amazon Linux/Ubuntu/Macos/Windows) to enable the docker dependencies to be automatically set up depending on the machine configuration, as docker and docker compose installation and set up for different machines is different, and depending on machine details, the installation steps should be taken care of.
Once implemented, I can see how this feature will
Help more researchers as they can spin up any machine from AWS and just easily use the few step python code to enable their experiments into practice, without having to configure any jako setup individually in the spun-off machines.
I believe this feature is
critically important
must have
nice to have
Given the chance, I'd be happy to make a PR for this feature
definitely
possibly
unlikely
Milestones :
Support Amazon Linux
Support Ubuntu Linux
Support Debian
Support Macos
Support Windows
