OpenGL Render tests should fail gracefully if no GPU is available. #1047

Currently it is required that a GPU exists to run these tests if none is found it should gracefully continue.

  • On Linux this is a hard stop if there is no display.
  • On Mac a timeout can occur
  • On Windows a initialization exception occurs.
