Feaxures for Module Loading

I came across this library the other day and figured it might be something useful for this project - its called Feaxures and its basically progressive enhancement using RequireJS

It would be good for this project because:

1. Aura already uses data attributes to load components
2. It would allow even more modularization of components.
3. It will make responsive design easier to manage - only loading libraries if the user's browser requires them

Obviously its a young library but may be something to look at down the line - thoughts?
