Feature: Make it possible to select a preferred browser

Hello,

I noticed the Browser Preview should now supports Microsoft Edge, but I don't see any option for switching between the browser engines.

I changed the 'Chrome Executable' in the Settings, however I get an error and it's probably not even the correct way of changing it.

Any ideas?

Manual browser priority isn't supported today. The only way is what you defined here, but the path isn't accessible from VS code, so something is probably wrong with the path or permissions.
