Adding citation count badges

A very cool feature would be to add an interactive citations count badge for each row in the generated table.

This request was already made against the original project: vkaravir#28

where badges are created with https://badge.dimensions.ai given a DOI.

Scaling this to large tables (50 or 100 rows) would need testing, given presumably it'd create 500 or 100 async calls to the badge.dimensions.ai API .

That could be useful to some indeed, but I don't think I'll have the time / patience / interest to work on it unfortunately.
