(Note: I'm on my school chromebook rn so I can't access the websites to check whether there are builds)
(Edit: Outdated because I would assume builds are working based on working tests at #464)

It might take a while (an arbitrary amount of time) but based on the passing tests at #482, #482 would allow Windows builds. Oh wait I just found #391... it's only x86 but maybe it applies
