There's a warning when building Debian base image, with podman build -f ./os_base/debian_base/Dockerfile -t debian_base .:

WARNING: Running pip as the 'root' user can result in broken
permissions and conflicting behaviour with the system package
manager. It is recommended to use a virtual environment instead:
https://pip.pypa.io/warnings/venv

It would be a good idea to heed to this warning.
