Purpose/scope of this repository, in @lmarinve's words:

Continuously integrate piece by piece: kytos-topology, MongoDB, kytos-sdx-topology, sdx_lc, rabitt mq, sdx_server. Allow software code to be released to the test environment as soon as it is completed and tested.

It would be useful to update the documentation according to this evolution.
